From the San Isidro de Chichiriviche urban development, in Falcón, the president unveiled the milestone of the figure that he presented as a “milestone” and assured that the Great Venezuela Housing Mission will reach five million buildings.
This Thursday in what he called “Housing Party”, Maduro said that 1,255 urban developments totaling 9,837 homes have been built, while 39,580 tons of cement and 16,766 tons of steel have been used for the construction of the homes.
“We have to keep growing, moving forward. All the work of the Great Housing Mission Venezuela is impressive”, he said.
During transmission by VTV, The ruler pointed out, once again, that despite international sanctions, the objectives in the area of housing have been achieved.
“Let’s continue united building decent homes for the working people of Venezuela,” Maduro insisted during the broadcast in which several homes were inaugurated in different areas of the country.
The ruler announced that his administration will offer support to entrepreneurs who live in the Urbanisms of the Gran Misión Vivienda Venezuela. Hence, he announced the plan “Your Home, Your Best Entrepreneurship.”
“The Youth Plan seeks to give, in a focused way, young people the ability to acquire loans for the expansion and remodeling of homes, loans for the acquisition of materials, as well as the Creditecho to be able to rehabilitate the roofs of homes,” said the Minister of Habitat and Housing, Ildemaro Villarroel.
The minister explained that it is a credit program that will allow expanding the homes of young people who have their own land or are owned by their parents. In addition, he maintained that the financing mechanisms are framed within the Great Venezuela Youth Mission.
Maduro delivers homes
During the government address this Thursday, Nicolás Maduro led the delivery of homes in various areas of the country. In this sense, 120 multi-family homes were assigned in the “Ciudad Tiuna” urbanism of the El Valle parish.
It was reported that these houses were delivered to the workforce of the national electricity sector through an inter-institutional alliance.
Within the announcements, it was noted that 96 single-family homes were awarded in the “Puerta del Llano” urban development, in the Alto Barinas parish. In the list, among others, 20 multi-family homes were presented in the “Hugo Chávez” urbanism in San Juan de Los Morros, Guárico.
