Maduro denounces "terrorist attack" against strategic complexes in the country

President Nicolás Maduro made this complaint during an act with officials under his charge, with whom he highlighted what in his opinion has been the success of the first hours of his new 1×10 plan of “Good Government”

The Venezuelan ruler Nicholas Maduroassured this Monday that the “extreme right” is behind the two alleged attacks on strategic complexes in the country, for which he blamed, once again, the president of Colombia, Iván Duque, for being the intellectual author of said acts. which he described as “terrorists”.

According to Maduro, this weekend there were two acts of sabotage at the El Palito refinery and at the El Guri Hydroelectric Complex, which were intended to generate anxiety in the country.

“Recently, the El Guri Hydroelectric Power Plant received two attacks on its Operating System. They are attacking the Guri, they are attacking the refineries. Alert! (…) They are attacks by the stateless right in conjunction with the Colombian government (…) They are wounded and are doing everything possible to destabilize the country,” he said.

Maduro asked for the support of all the Venezuelan people, to defend themselves from the attacks that “are given against the Venezuelan State.”

“In the face of these plans against economic, social, political life, the stability and functioning of the country, I alert the security system, the working class, oil and electricity, alert the People’s Power and as I told you in a private meeting, alert to governors, alert the PSUV and the Great Patriotic Pole”.

Maduro made this complaint during an act with officials under his charge, with whom he highlighted what in his opinion has been the success of the first hours of his new 1×10 plan of the “Good Government”, while assuring that in less 48 hours have received more than 300 complaints of problems with public services and that more than half of them have already been resolved.

“This charges our batteries, it goes over bureaucrats and managers and the people have the voice and the answer,” said the president.
