The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, arrived in Venezuela this Saturday, after an international tour, which began on last June 7 by Türkiye.
The Venezuelan head of state arrived at the Maiquetía International Airport, and was received by the entire Executive Cabinet.
During his international tour, the National President signed more than 20 agreements with different Eurasian nations, including Kuwait, Türkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan, among others.
After his arrival in Venezuela, President Nicolás Maduro stressed that, after a meeting with different authorities from these countries, the importance of building a new humanity, meeting and cooperation was highlighted.
«I have seen in the heads of state, government, prime ministers, emirs, sheikhs, I have seen that an awareness of what the construction of a new humanity should be, a humanity of encounter, reunion, respect has been emerging in the post-pandemic. , a humanity of cooperation, solidarity,” said the Venezuelan president in statements broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión.
«That word that we carry, I can say, that it is a word that has picked up the powerful echo of a new global geopolitical vision, which is beginning to emerge, a new beginning is beginning to emerge, the consensus for a new humanity without imperialism, with no one to pretend to become a judge, party, police of the world, and govern under the order and command and obedience, they order, command and all the rest obey. In this sense, he pointed out that, during the tour, the economic recovery that is taking place in the country was highlighted, despite the sanctions and unilateral measures imposed by the United States government (USA).
“In the world, I say to the people of Venezuela, there is joy for Venezuela, because it is perceived that Venezuela is recovering, with its own effort, we receive that affection, turned into a word of encouragement, that I transmit to the people of Venezuela, that the The world accompanies us in the effort to get ahead,” he said.
“The vision that exists in the world, in the victory that exists in resistance, and that we are on the right path for the gradual recovery of social life, of the economy,” added the Venezuelan president.
Science and technology as a key point
In statements broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, President Maduro pointed out that, among the agreements reached with different countries; there are treaties on science and technology, fundamental axes.
“We have visited six emerging countries of the new world that is being built and we bring in our hands great agreements of that world that is being built, and in great agreements of something fundamental, in terms of science and technology,” he stressed.
In this sense, he pointed out that they will be working with the Social Vice Presidency to send young people to these nations to strengthen knowledge in these areas.
Regarding investment, President Maduro asserted that “businessmen will arrive in the next few days; and starting this week (next), we are going to hold meetings for agreements on gas, oil, petrochemicals, refining and food production».
Similarly, he indicated that the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez – who is currently in Russia– , will fulfill an international agenda to finalize various agreements with businessmen.
