Luis Lee, general secretary of the National Association of Administrative Officials of the CSS (Anfacss), spoke on the morning of this Monday, October 31, about the strike of domestic workers of the institution.

Lee assured that the authorities have not made any proposal to end the measure taken by the employees. «What they have done is to continue dilating for three years; We have sought all the mechanisms to speak, dialogue, reach consensus and agree with the CSS».

“We have spoken with the Minister Counselor, but we are facing a director who says that it is an open door, but to this day he has not given us a face, he has sent us with people who do not have decision-making power to find a solution for everyone the problems,” he said.

He pointed out that they are not willing to pay the piper for the administration that is currently being carried out in the Social Security Fund.

“They are evading the responsibility they have towards the workers of the Social Security Fund, because although it is true that the patients who pay their fees deserve our good care, but the Fund also has the responsibility to give all their acquired rights to the resource. of the institution,” he said.

He revealed that the situation is not only in the Hospital Complex, but in all the health facilities of the CSS.
