The counselor pointed out that of 147,329 citizens trained to be electoral officials, only 6% were absent and were replaced by people who were in line to vote.
“This shows that the citizens once again trusted their National Electoral Institute and were willing to dedicate the day to receive the votes of their neighbors, count them and integrate the electoral packages,” he commented.
