Just like you did last year, Banco República (BROU) will begin to enable the renewal and application of special loans for retirees staggered during the months of November and December to avoid the classic crowds that used to occur during the last month of the year.
“First the web operation will start and then it will be staggered by digits according to the ID to distribute the flow of clients“, he informed Telenoche channel 4 to the general manager of BROU, Mariela Espino. Around 100,000 retirees and pensioners apply each year to make use of this credit offer offered by BROU.
“What we do is extend it to November and December, which is a better way of distributing clients” and once again the computerized channel will be used to facilitate the procedures. The manager of the BROU indicated that the objective is “to avoid important waits” in the attention of the bank’s clients.
Espino declared that BROU is preparing to avoid saturation and problems in the system with the technological equipment of the bank and suppliers so that this demand can be absorbed “without any inconvenience.”
