The Senate of the Republic recognizes this Wednesday the businessman Jose Luis Corripio Estrada (Don Pepin)for his contributions in favor of the development of culture, freedom of expression and respect for human rights in the country.
In the act that takes place in the assembly hall, of the National Congress, is present in addition to Don Pepinthe veteran journalist Welcome Alvarez Vegawho is the director of Newspaper Today.
The activity is headed by the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader Corona and Vice President Raquel Peña, as well as other government officials.
