María del Carmen Alva: “The president should send the chancellor or vice president”
The former president of Congress considered that the head of state continues to obstruct justice, by choosing to remain silent before the Prosecutor’s Office.
Alva added that it could be the first time that such a permit has not been granted to a president, but that this would not be the fault of Congress.
He concluded that he will vote against this request.
