The American band of Nu Metal Linkin Park will perform in Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Colombia and Argentina during the 2025 world tour and will do so with his new vocalist, Emily Armstrongthe group announced this Thursday on its Instagram account.
Armstrong joined the band’s co-founder, Mike Shinoda, following the death of lead vocalist Chester Bennington in 2017.
The tour will begin with three concerts in Mexico City (January 31), Guadalajara (February 3) and Monterrey (February 5), and then travel to the United States, Asia and Europe.
He will return to Latin America with performances in Bogotá (October 26), Lima (October 29), Buenos Aires (November 1), Santiago (November 5), Rio de Janeiro (November 8), São Paulo (November 10 ), Brasilia (November 13) and Porto Alegre (November 15), where the tour will close.
Called ‘From Zero World Tour’, The tour marks the beginning of a new stage for the group, which returned to the stage in 2024 after a seven-year hiatus with introductory presentations in the United States, United Kingdom, France, South Korea, Colombia and Brazil, in which Armstrong debuted as a singer.
The group’s new album, ‘From Zero’, from which they have already released some songs, but which will be published in its entirety on November 15, will be the first album with Armstrong and also the first since Bennington’s death.
The singer and songwriter committed suicide at the age of 41, two weeks after his last performance, which was on July 6, 2017 at the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham, England.
The tour to present the album will feature the collaboration of artists such as Queens of the Stone Age, Spiritbox, AFI, Architects, Grandson, Jean Dawson, JPEGMAFIA and PVRIS as opening acts.
Tickets for the concerts in Latin America will go on sale soon, and tickets for the performances in North America and Europe will be available for purchase on November 21 and 22, respectively, but fan club members will be able to access the Pre-sale starting November 18.
