Legislative agenda established to strengthen communal parliamentarianism

Deputies of the Parliamentary Block of Caracasat the administrative headquarters of the National Assembly (AN), held a meeting to present the legislative agenda, with the aim of advancing and strengthening communal parliamentarianism. The information was reviewed on the AN website.

The deputy and head of the Parliament of the Capital Region, Juan Carlos Alemán, reported “that the idea is to distribute the activities in the 22 parishes of Caracas to disseminate the laws approved and sanctioned by the National Assembly.”

“The work schedule contemplates the intervention in the second meeting of communal parliamentarians of Caracas and the expectations of approving agendas to improve political actions,” explained the deputy.

For his part, Deputy José Bracho proposed including on the agenda the Organic Water Law Projectin the debate with the communities, as well as considering the role played by the Local Public Planning Councils (CLPP).
