How do I acquire Perfect Tenant?
To start the service, it is necessary to make the request in person at the Infocorp – Equifax store. Next, we leave you the steps to follow:
- Collect the following documents: notarized rental agreement, copy of the DNI of the landlord and tenant, receipt of services from the landlord.
- Go to the Infocorp – Equifax office, located at Av. Navarrete 849, San Isidro and present the requested information.
- Make the payment of S /. 250 soles for the service.
What happens next?
After contracting the Infocorp – Equifax service, your tenant will be informed about their outstanding debt. The delinquent debt will then be published in the Debt Report of the delinquent person and they will be notified by email.
