The National Institute of Land Transport (INTT) and the Autonomous Service of Registries and Notaries (saren) established a new requirement for the transfer of vehicles in the country, with online verification on the Saren web portal, to make requests.
This new condition will seek to strengthen the legality of the documents present and thus avoid fraud in the vehicle transfer procedure.

Once the document is verified, they will be able to carry out the vehicle transfer process before the INTT. It is important to clarify that the Natural persons must have the Registration Certificate of the purchased vehicle, as well as the PUB Form delivered by the Saren corresponding to the purchase and sale process.
In addition, they must follow a series of steps that include entering the web portal www.intt.gob.ve and select the option of a single processing sheet, register with your username and password, and finally select the office closest to your area of residence.
The INTT is the only entity authorized to carry out this procedure, in any of its 75 regional offices throughout Venezuela, the transaction must be paid online through the banking entities indicated by the system.
