The lawyer Roberto Ruiz Diaz referred to the complaint against the administrator of the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP) about the Panama Ports extension contract, where he seeks to review whether the contract was duly extended.
Regarding the administration within the AMP, Ruiz Díaz considers that nothing happens despite the effects that have caused different companies, “He must have a saint who protects him above any of us normals, I think they are already three complaints that I have presented to him for different situations and additionally, other groups of lawyers and companies have filed complaints for the administrator’s actions but nothing happens.
