After the irregularities that occurred at the beginning of the early vote, the lawyer, Gilberto Pérez, referred to what happened and also indicated that any decision made by the Court on the candidacy of José Raúl Mulino is not retroactive and does not affect his candidacy. .

He added that what happened with the start of early voting sends a negative message and one of distrust on the part of the Electoral Court, which they must convey that the electoral tournament is transparent and pristine.

In Pérez’s opinion, José Raúl Mulino’s candidacy meets all the requirements of the Law, Pérez said, pointing out that No institution is empowered to annul votes that were legally exercised.
