An emergency caused by the intense ones has the Mocoa authorities on alert, after the detachment of a mountain in the village of La Pacera.
According to the reports, from one moment to the next, the landslide that fell on a house broke off.
The emergency resulted in the death of a woman; however, the disappearance of a minor who would have been buried by the landslide is also reported.
In the area, authorities are already present to assess the situation.
For its part, the Fire Department reported that it was the detachment of a mountain of approximately 200 meters.
“The Civil Defense, the Army and Firefighters of Villagarzón, are already in the area, to locate the missing minor,” they said.
However, they indicated that the mountain is still falling, which is why fear persists in the area.
“Given this situation, we still cannot allow the passage of yellow machinery, because the ground is not stable and there are people working in the lower part,” they added.
