On Túpac Amaru street in the city of Chiclayo, police agents learned that a group of neighbors was physically assaulting an individual, for which they had to go to help him.
The aggrieved Walter Nuñez Tenorio (51) pointed as responsible for the crime against property Miguel Segundo Chuñe Maza (19), who fled after stealing his mobile equipment, but the neighbors caught him.
