The president of the Republic, Luis Lacalle Pou, former presidents Julio María Sanguinetti and José Mujica, and Foreign Minister Francisco Bustillo left this Sunday morning for Brazil, reported Presidency. The delegation will participate in the assumption as president of Luis Inácio Lula da Silva.
