The Kkottongnae Catholic Congregation (House of the Brothers of Jesús del Valle Florido), installed on the grounds of the “San José” Seminary in Caacupé since July 2016, shelters indigent older adults.
Kkottongnae Angirü Paraguay, a group of young people who act as volunteers of said Home, in the II World Day of Grandparents and Elders entertained the grandparents of the shelter.
Currently, 23 elderly people live in the shelter of the congregation, defenseless, between women and men. Some have no family and others who were abandoned. They come from different departments of Paraguay.
In the shelter, which operates in a local of the Kkottongnae, they receive shelter, food, health care and clothing, according to the young volunteers. Grandparents live on the charity of people, so any donation is welcome, be it food, medicine, clothing, hygiene items, among others.

The congregation is a charitable organization founded in South Korea in 1976, with activities in several countries around the world and has become a world-renowned institution, with philanthropic works and social welfare activities.
Kkottongnae was created to deliver the love of God to the poorest and is a shelter for the elderly for people in a situation of abandonment. It came to Paraguay from the hand of the former Paraguayan ambassador to Korea, Ceferino Váldez, and with the permission of Monsignor Claudio Giménez, then Bishop of Caacupé.
The inauguration of the House of Mercy was carried out by the same founder of the Father Oh Congregation.
