Kidnapping in PJC: They arrest a woman in Sao Paulo

A woman was arrested on Saturday night in Sao Paulo. According to data from the Mato Grosso do Sul Police, she would be linked to the kidnapping of Célia Donicete de Moraes, 56 years old. The woman was captured by armed men when she arrived at a family business located in the Brazilian region on Saturday morning.

The name of the detainee has not yet been released. The capture occurred after the exchange of information between security agents of the civil and military police and the municipal border guard.

The exchange of data also took place with the Paraguayan authorities. Through this, the man who would be responsible for the crime was also identified.

The role of the detained woman was to mediate between the person responsible for the kidnapping and the victim’s family for the payment of the ransom. The man’s name was also not released, but he would be 33 years old and would be from Capitan Bado, a district located in Amambay.

On Saturday afternoon, the national police of our country found the vehicle used for the kidnapping in a workshop located in the San Antonio de Pedro Juan Caballero neighborhood. The shot is in the name of Agustina Arce Arce, 29 years old. She was apprehended and it is not ruled out that she is linked to the kidnapping.
