Kidnapped kidnapped in Barinas rescued after four months

The Minister of the Interior, Justice and Peace, Remigio Ceballo, reported that the Cicpc carried out the rescue of Frányely Guerrero, 24 years old, who had been kidnapped since December 30, 2021.

“Thanks to the intelligence work of the CICPC for 4 months and 20 days, in an impeccable operation, we have RESCUED the Citizen of Barin, Frányely Guerrero, who is safe with her relatives. At the moment we have 4 detainees, we continue to investigate, ”the Minister wrote on his twitter account this Thursday morning after the rescue.

Ceballos congratulated the Cicpc and other security agencies that participated in the rescue operation.

On December 30, 2021, Frányely, a radiology technician, left her residence located in Bum Bum, Antonio José de Sucre municipality (Socopó) to a shopping center located in the Alto Barinas urbanization where she had an appointment to get her nails done.

The vehicle in which the young woman was traveling was found the same day of her disappearance in the vicinity of Curbati, Pedraza municipality, Barinas.
