The Judiciary scheduled two consecutive hearings for Friday, August 12, in which they will evaluate appeals presented by the legal defense of the president peter castle against the investigations that are being carried out in the Office of the Prosecutor of the Nation.
Through social networks, they detailed that the two hearings will be virtual and will serve for the Supreme Court of Preparatory Investigation to evaluate the two legal guardianships requested by the president’s defense.

The second session will take place at 11:00 a.m., where Castillo Terrones’ defense alleges violation of the president’s right to be presumed innocent, because the statements in the investigations involving him were not kept confidential.
