Juan Silva: Rewards Program offers S/ 50,000 for information on the whereabouts of the former minister

The Ministry of the Interior included the requisitioned former Minister of Transport and Communications, Juan Silva Villegas, in the Rewards Program. An incentive of 50,000 soles is offered to the citizen who provides information to find the whereabouts of the former head of the MTC.

In the portal of the Rewards Program, Silva Villegas is accused of the alleged crime of criminal organization for the Puente Tarata III case.

The requisition order is issued days after the Preparatory Investigation Court issued the arrest warrant against him.

According to the National Police of Peru, the whereabouts of Juan Silva have been unknown since May 27, despite the fact that the former Minister of Transport and Communications offered a televised interview on June 1.

In this way, there are already 3 characters close to the Government of President Pedro Castillo who are fugitives from justice. The other two close men with arrest warrants are former Palacio secretary Bruno Pacheco and the president’s nephew, Fray Vásquez Castillo.
