The superintendent of migrations, Jorge Fernandezassured that the former minister of Transport and Communications Juan Silva He has not left Peru after an arrest warrant was issued against him.
In statements to Canal N, he explained that the informative migratory alert issued on May 27 was complemented by the arrest warrant issued by the Preparatory Investigation Court of the Supreme Court.
“The National Superintendence of Migration is in charge of border checkpoints and controls. For none of these offices has Mr. Juan Francisco Silva Villegas left Peru”he expressed.

“Since May 27 of this year we had an informative migratory alert (…) Today the knowledge of the order issued by the Judicial Power has been linked and that informative migratory alert has been complemented with the preliminary arrest warrant”he added.
