After all the evidence presented and endorsed so far by the court in charge of the trial, Jhonier Leal said this Friday that the Prosecutor’s Office tricked him into signing a pre-agreement and accepting charges, and that he is “innocent”, that he did not kill his brother anymore his mother.

After several situations, led mostly by Jhonier Leal and his defense, which have led to the trial being slower than expected, the stylist and confessed murderer of his brother Mauruicio Leal and his mother Marleny, this Friday said that He does not accept the pre-agreement signed with the Prosecutor’s Office, that is, he does not accept charges and is “innocent”.
This April 22 was the verification hearing according to the Prosecutor’s Office.
As revealed by the lawyer for the victims’ family, Elmer Montaña, this could make the trial, although longer, could end with a longer sentence for Leal.
For other jurists, it may be a strategy to delay the process against them.

“I am an innocent person,” he said, adding that “I am a person who has only served my family.”
He assured that now that it is “more clear and conscious, I made the firm decision to renounce this pre-agreement.”

A modified note on Mauricio Leal’s cell phone blog, which he was supposed to have written on November 22 to say goodbye and explain why he was committing suicide, was modified on the morning of the 23rd, when according to ‘death window’, he it was lifeless.
