Iranian Plane Case: Prosecutors met with representatives of Senac, Customs, Seprelad and the SET

After the inter-institutional meeting in response to the Iranian Plane case, the prosecutor of the Specialized Unit for Economic Crimes, Osmar Legal, indicated that the meeting was to follow certain guidelines and achieve parallel cooperation with peers.

In that sense, he indicated that they have to align and make a retrospective of the beginning of the case, recalling that this complaint was made by a former Dinac official and later, it was also accompanied by another complaint from Senac.

“Based on that, today we were in a meeting on some guidelines to be followed by these institutions, to collaborate with the tax investigation and specifically with what has to do with the issue of the invoices that were exposed last week. passed,” he said.

He pointed out that this work is what will determine if there are criminally relevant administrative issues, which is why the Deputy Minister of Taxation, Óscar Orué, and the National Director of Customs, Juan Manuel Fernández, were present.

“They used the RILO system, which seeks information through Customs intelligence agencies, however, we have no direct link with Aruba and it is requested through Chile, so we await that information,”
