INTT installs traffic signs on the Prados del Este highway

A total of 251 informative, preventive and regulatory signs were installed by the National Institute of Land Transport (INTT) on the Prados del Este highway, from the Ciempiés Distributor to the entrance of La Trinidad,

According to the INTT informative note, with 10 kilometers of signposted roads, safe circulation is guaranteed for users who travel through said road artery to the state of Miranda.

Work began at the Ciempiés Distributor, covering Las Mercedes, Santa Fe, Los Campitos, Alto Prado and Ciudadela, these being the road links that connect the Prados del Este highway with the different urbanizations in the east of the capital city.

The signs installed were made of high-intensity reflective vinyl, placed on 16-inch galvanized sheets.

This material guarantees that the works carried out have a durability of 5 years, in addition to providing users with better visibility of the signage, which facilitates vehicular circulation. Currently, the INTT develops 90 percent of the signaling work and plans to finish the work on May 9 of this year.

It is worth emphasizing that these works were carried out in a joint effort with the Government of Miranda and the Ministry of Popular Power for Transportation, as part of the Great Caracas Bella, Segura and Patriota Mission.
