The National Police through the National Central Office of Interpol Panama makes effective the arrest of an Italian citizen, required by Red Notice.
The citizen was arrested in the La Cresta sector following an arrest warrant issued by the Higher Prosecutor’s Office for International Affairs, after being required to appear before the Ordinary Court of Modena, Italian Republic.
According to the red notice of arrest for extradition purposes, the man is wanted for a sentence of seven years in prison, for the crime of Misappropriation, Fraudulent Bankruptcy and Evasion, acts committed in Italy.
