A man was apprehended at Viru Viru International Airport after being discovered using double identity, for which he was referred to the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc), for investigation.

The director of Interpol Santa Cruz, Colonel Willy Zeballos, told EL DEBER that the man called himself Domingo HM, an identity with which he managed to travel abroad since with his real identity, Lazarus, could not do it because justice imposed an arraigo on him after being detained in Palmasola.

The operation by Interpol agents was carried out on Monday at noon, detecting the citizen with double identity and preventing him from leaving the country, since he intended to travel to Spain.

He added that the surnames of the Bolivian citizen were the same, the only thing that changed was the name, in addition to the numbering of the documents, for which reason a case was opened for material and ideological falsehood and the case led to an investigation of who processed the document.

Zeballos pointed out that this man was detained in Palmasola accused of drug traffickinghe benefited from an alternative way out and was released, although he was left with roots, but the subject found ways to obtain other documents with which he left Bolivia.

The authorities still do not know the reasons why he intended to travel outside the country.
