The People’s Power Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Remigio Ceballos Ichaso participated this Thursday in the inauguration of the first Hearing Room for Special Victims at the Palace of Justice in Caracas.
“In the framework of the Socialist Judicial Revolution, I accompanied the authorities of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) Magistrate Gladys Gutiérrez, Dr. Katherine Harintong, inaugurating the first Courtroom for Special Victims in the Palace of Justice of Caracas”, reported Ceballos through his Twitter account.
Likewise, Ceballos detailed the functions of the first Hearing Chamber for Special Victims, to guarantee judicial attention to the Venezuelan people.
“Those people affected especially by crimes such as kidnapping, rape, death threats or violence will be attended, strengthening effective judicial protection, access to justice and due process as the supreme interest of the Venezuelan State,” he said.
The activity had the participation of the General Public Defender, Daniel Ramírez Herrera, the Public Ministry, the Public Defense and the TSJ, “guaranteeing cooperation between the powers of the Venezuelan State for Life and Peace.”
