The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) foresees cloudy areas, with some isolated convective nuclei, producers of rain or showers with electrical discharges over Lake Maracaibo, Táchira, Mérida, Apure, Amazonas, Bolívar, south of Monagas, Delta Amacuro and north of El Essequibo.
