The report collected claims such as that of the teachers’ union. He recalled that teachers have maintained their demand for their right to receive a salary sufficient to supply at least their basic needs. The educators also complain because they continue to have suspended the collective insurance for hospitalization, surgery and maternity, as well as other benefits contemplated in the collective contract, expired for more than a year. They point out that they are victims of non-compliance with almost all of the clauses. Added to this is the violation of contractual clauses by the National Planning and Budget Office (Onapre).
