The Minister of Health, Jorge López, indicated that the use of masks will be optional in open spaces, but it will be mandatory only in certain places and circumstances, as well as the presentation of the vaccination card. WHERE SHOULD A MASK BE USED MANDATORY?
In accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health, KN95, three-fold or fabric masks must continue to be used in the following places or circumstances:
- Health establishments (posts, hospitals, clinics, offices, etc.).
- Public land transport (urban and interprovincial transport)
- Closed spaces without ventilation (those that do not have windows or whose doors are not sufficient for air circulation).
- People who present symptoms of contagion of COVID-19 or another respiratory disease.
