According to the latest epidemiological report distributed by the Departmental Health Directorate (DDS), in the period from 12/25/2022 to 12/31/2022 in the country, 8,957 new cases and 4 deaths with positive results for COVID were detected in the country. – 19.
From the start of the pandemic to 12/31/2022 there are 1,020,161 cases and 7,570 deaths with a positive result for COVID-19. Active cases until 12/31/2022 are 8,285.
A total of 28,464 tests were carried out during the week and the percentage of positive cases was 31.5%.
As of 12/31/2022 there are 4.9% of ITC beds occupied by COVID-19.
To date, 4 people are hospitalized with positive COVID – 19 in the department, all in private provider rooms.
