Horacio Cartes took office this Tuesday as the new president of the ANR. In his first speech, he spoke of the need for unity among co-religionists and promised to put all his effort into the victory of the Colorados in the April 30 elections.

He stressed that The immediate commitment is to work together for the triumph of List 1, on April 30. “I call all co-religionists to a sincere unity, around our republican principles,” he stressed.
