From April 20 to 3, Panama will offer more than 300 real estate projects, through Expo Vivienda CAPAC 2023 that will be held at the Panama Convention Center, reported the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC).

The fair event that celebrates its twentieth anniversary this year under the motto “the key to your future”, will have more than 120 companies dedicated to the development of real estate projects through promoters and real estate that will offer a wide portfolio of homes, according to with statements by Demetrio Arosemena, president of the CAPAC Fairs Committee.

During the event, mortgage transactions in the order of $130 million are projected, coming from the sale of an average of 1,000 units, located in the Metropolitan area and West Panama.
“Country and beach projects, as well as others located in cities and districts such as David, Boquete, Penonomé, Chitré, will be marketed during the four days of the fair,” said Arosemena.

In addition to the promoters, the event will have 10 representatives of local public and private mortgage banks, who will present products with attractive interest rates to buyers.

A wide range of projects for all budgets will be on display, from $40,000 to $180,000, under the prime interest rate range, to high-end properties.
Arosemena commented that CAPAC’s efforts are focused on boosting the construction sector through different marketing channels, which allows many companies to get out of the inventory they have, opening the way for the development of new works and consequently greater opportunities. for job creation.

The organizers of Expo Vivienda CAPAC 2023 expect the influx of more than 10,000 visitors, who will have more than 1,700 free parking spaces available at the Panama Convention Center.
The fair will be open on Thursday, April 20 and Friday, April 21, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, April 23, and Sunday, April 24, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The general cost of admission is of $2.00 and $1.00 for retirees and children.

To make it easier for visitors to get to the venue, the organization will offer free transportation from Plaza 5 de Mayo to the fairgrounds, from 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20 and Friday, April 21, and from 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. 22 and Sunday 23 April.
Within the framework of the event, “Do It Yourself” workshops will be held, focused on providing visitors with applied knowledge through practical activities on how to improve, maintain or fix different situations that may arise in their homes in plumbing, masonry, finishes, decoration, installation and coating.

In this way, CAPAC meets one of its objectives, which is to promote supply and demand and encourage the economic reactivation of the country through the continuous strengthening of the real estate and construction sectors.
