García stressed that the condition that these parceleros acquire today as owners of their properties makes them subjects of credit for the national bank, with the possibility of undertaking projects to get out of poverty.

The settlements dedicated to both agriculture and livestock operate in the communities of Sabana Yegua, Tábara Abajo, Los Tramojos, Higüerito, Las Clavellinas, Anzonia, El Recodo, Las Charcas, Emma Balaguer, Guayabal, La Sabila and Lavador, among other.
The items produced in the projects, both for the local market and for export, include industrial tomato, organic banana, banana, mango, peppers, corn, cassava, cucumber, papaya and pumpkinamong others.
