What happens if my salary is variable or imprecise in the calculation of the gratuity?
Variable or imprecise remuneration is included if the worker has received it for at least 3 months within the period between January 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022.
In this case, the remuneration received in the last 6 months prior to June 15, 2022 is averaged.
