Housing prices: Meet the five cheapest and most expensive districts of Lima

The average price per m² of a property in Lima is valued at S/ 6,642, due to the fact that in April it fell 0.6% compared to the previous month and 7.6% compared to 2020, according to the latest real estate market index of the portal .

Urbnia mentioned that the southern area of ​​San Isidro represents the most expensive in the city with S/ 11,715 per m² on average, while in the west of Los Olivos it is the cheapest with S/ 3,353.

Likewise, the study specified that an apartment with two rooms and 60 m² has an average price of S/ 404,834 and one with three rooms and 100 m² values ​​at S/ 653,751.

On the other hand, the districts that have presented the highest annual increase in the sale price are Bellavista (11.3%), Lince (10.8%), San Martín de Porres (10.7%), Cercado de Lima (7.7%), Los Olivos ( 6.7%), San Borja (6.5%) and Jesús María (6.4%).
