Holy Week: they propose a cheese tour with chipa apó

The Procole cheese factory (Products with Milk), located in the Naranjo company, in Piribebuy, invites people interested in spending a different Holy Week, making delicious chipas and tasting different types of cheese.

From Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday, the Procole factory will receive visitors at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm, to share a pleasant day , with delicious tastings of different types of cheese and the traditional chipa apó.

The tasting costs G. 100,000 and includes varieties of cheese served on a board, accompanied by olives, nuts, quail eggs, smoked turkey, bondiola, raw ham, cherry tomatoes, grapes, baked goods, red wine, white wine , peach juice and/or water. With live music.

By paying G 30,000 more, you can add to the above an exquisite Swiss cheese fondue with sourdough country bread.

The guided tour inside the factory, with an explanatory talk about the cheese making process, has an extra cost of G. 25,000.

Meanwhile, those who wish to make the chipa from fresh dough and using Italian and Swiss cheeses can pay G 10,000 for every three units.
