This Sunday, Xi Jinping was re-elected by the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, as the general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
Subsequently, Xi Jinping reiterated that he will maintain the opening-up policy unchanged for the development of his country.
He explained that he will discard isolation to achieve new opportunities for exchanges that allow development with the world. It should be remembered that relations between Venezuela and China have been strengthened in the last 20 years, with almost 30 cooperation agreements in the areas of energy, communication, mining and financing.
Similarly, since 2001, the High-Level Joint Commission was created to promote projects for the development of both countries.
