The lawyer of PNP Colonel Harvey Colchado, Miguel Pérez Arroyo, pointed out that the retirement of his client is a retaliation for the raid carried out on the house of President Dina Boluarte last March within the framework of the investigation by the Rolex case. In addition to Colchado, Colonel Walter Lozano was also retired.
“The only thing this resolution does is the realization of an entire structured plan for abuse, arbitrariness and also for retaliation and revenge (…) this government is used to getting rid of the best, keeping the worst and wasting the public money, it is revenge for that, of course (for the raid on Dina Boluarte)”, he declared to RPP.
