Faced with the climate of conflict and the strike against Law 1386 that Santa Cruz complies with, the Government and the Military High Command decided to cancel the parade scheduled for this Saturday in Santa Cruz in honor of the Army’s anniversary and ordered the withdrawal of the troops.
