Starting at 6:00 am this Friday, January 28, the new maximum sales prices for liquid fuel in Panama will come into effect, reported the National Energy Secretariat.
This means that the price of gasoline and low sulfur diesel will increase.
According to what is established by the National Secretariat of Energy, for the provinces of Panama and Colon, a liter of 95 octane gasoline will cost B/.0.988 (+0.042); while the 91 octane will be at B/.0.964 (+0.021).
For its part, the cost of a liter of diesel will be B/.0.909 (+0.053).
These new prices will be in effect until 5:59 am on February 11.
