Members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) arrested three employees of the Las Lucias service station, located in Santa Lucía (Miranda) for alleged irregularities in the supply of fuel, according to military sources.
Among the detainees is José Daniel De Aguiar Rodríguez, manager of the aforementioned station, as well as Luis Ángel Higuerey Mata (operator of biopayment equipment) and Óscar Ramón Peña Hernández (operator of pumps).
These three people are being investigated because they allegedly incurred in irregularities during the dispatch of fuel and its concealment.
During the operation, the military proceeded to withhold 135,357 liters of gasoline, two biopayment equipment assigned to PDVSA and three cell phones.
The procedure was notified to the 25th Prosecutor’s Office against Corruption in charge of the lawyer Mary Angi Martínez.
