Gastón Manes maintained that this party has “the best candidates” for the 2023 presidential elections.

The head of the National Convention of the Radical Civic Union (UCR), Gastón Manes, said on Monday that this party has “the best candidates” for the 2023 presidential elections and considered that this force will define its alliance policy “on the basis of of a program and not by names, marketing or surveys.

Manes, who last Friday was consecrated at the head of the National Convention of radicalismone of the two party leadership bodies in addition to the National Committee, also said that he does not believe that it is possible to converge with Javier Milei’s libertarians because go “difficult” that “someone who has extreme positions coincides with the positions of radicalism”.
