Eri Valdez, Édgar Espínola, Roque Sarubbi, Colym Soroka, Miguel Cuevas, Tomás Rivas and Celso Maldonado are the deputies that appear on the list of those sanctioned for unjustified absences.
The measures are taken by virtue of article one of resolution 245 of the Lower House, which establishes ratifying the provisions on pecuniary sanctions for unjustified absences of national deputies, for the absences registered in the plenary sessions of the Chamber, the sum of G. 600,000, which will be applied to those who miss three consecutive or alternate sessions.
The head of the Deputies, Pedro Alliana, warned last week that they will apply this sanction, taking into account that in the last sessions there was no quorum to deal with more than twenty pending projects at each meeting.
Initially the list was more extensive, however, by presenting a justification, legislators can avoid the discount.
The entrance G. 600,000 deducted from seven deputies for three unjustified absences was first published in diary TODAY.
