He Bolivarian Governmentstarted the National University Entrance System 2023 (SNI), which is aimed at the 334,000 students who are close to becoming high school graduates of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuelawho offered their opinion on the matter.
The young student of the fifth year of the Luis Beltrán Figueroa National Educational UnitYenireth Rodríguez, expressed that “this National Admission System will facilitate us and offer a better option to enter the careers that we want to study when we graduate.”
Also, the students of the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV), expressed their point of view regarding the National Income System:
“The new system is very complete, since it supports all students from the beginning and makes it easier for them to enter university study centers and their respective selected careers,” said Juan Carlos Rangel.
For her part, the student Ruth Calo, stated: “this system that is being implemented in the country seems very novel to me, because each student will have the opportunity to study at a university and the preparation of young people will be more feasible.”
It should be noted that according to figures from the Ministry of Popular Power for University Education64 percent of the vacancies, have to do with prioritized careers, including Health Sciences, Education, Engineering, Computing and Informatics, Basic Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Agricultural and Marine Sciences, among others.
The process starts from this May 25 and will end on July 14 and the allocation system starts in August. Once the registration process is complete, university education institutions must report the assigned population, as well as the population incorporated during the process.
To register in the SNI you must follow the following steps:
.- Enter the website www.sni.opsu.gob.ve
. – Register your data for the first time in the APPLICANT tab.
. – Then enter your personal and academic data.
. – Finally, choose the career of your interest, as well as the educational institution closest to your home.
