SANTO DOMINGO – The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs (MICM) announced that, due to the impact of the increases in international oil prices, for the week of January 8 to 14, 2022 the prices of gasoline, diesel and LPG will vary.
Premium Gasoline will be sold at RD $ 273.60, reflecting an increase of 3.50 pesos.
While Regular Gasoline will be offered to the public at RD $ 258.50, so it goes up about 3 pesos.
As for Regular Gasoil, it will be sold at RD $ 204.60, suffering an increase of 3.50 pesos, while Optimo Gasoil, rises 4 pesos and will be sold at RD $ 223.10.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) will be offered at RD $ 142.60 pesos, having an increase of 1.50.
Only Natural Gas will maintain its price for next week, so it will be marketed at RD $ 28.97 pesos.
According to information from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Government would be assuming “a large percentage of the increases, covered by Decree 625-11” to prevent the gallon of LPG from increasing above 12 pesos.
For the week of January 8 to 14, 2022, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs provides that fuels be marketed at the following prices:
- Premium gasoline will be sold at RD $ 273.60 per gallon increases RD $ 3.50.
- Regular Gasoline RD $ 258.50 per gallon increases RD $ 3.00.
- Regular diesel RD $ 204.60 per gallon increases RD $ 3.50.
- Optimal Diesel RD $ 223.10 per gallon increases RD $ 4.00.
- Avtur RD $ 180.68 per gallon maintains its price.
- Kerosene RD $ 209.80 per gallon maintains its price.
- Fuel Oil # 6 RD $ 153.64 per gallon maintains its price.
- Fuel Oil 1% S RD $ 172.01 per gallon maintains its price.
- Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) RD $ 142.60 per gallon increases RD $ 1.50.
- Natural Gas RD $ 28.97 per m3 maintains its price.
