Frustrated grenade attack on the Public Ministry

According to the Saab report, the detainees were identified as: Liz Rincón, Oriol López, Miguel Ángel Fernández, Kendri Villalobo.

The detainee added to his statement that a subject named Oscar Guzmán Chirinos assured that after receiving the money for the extortion of the El Universitario bomb, he was going to carry out an attack against the Bank of Venezuela, “but since they did not give him an answer from the extortion, it has not done so yet,” he warned.
