Four men allegedly linked to the crime Against Freedom and Sexual Integrity in the modality of Aggravated Rape, to the detriment of minors, were arrested in the districts of Capira and La Chorrera, this within the framework of the Victoria operation carried out by police units of the Directorate of Judicial Investigation in conjunction with the Public Ministry.
According to the authorities, three of those apprehended were located in the El Cruce community in the Arosemena corregimiento in La Chorrera, the three men aged 22, 24 and 27 successively, are allegedly linked to the crime of Aggravated Rape to the detriment of a minor. 11 years old.
While the fourth detainee was located in the Jordanal sector in the district of Capira. The 40-year-old man was required for his alleged relationship to the crime of Rape to the detriment of a minor under 13 years of age.
These people were put under the orders of the judicial offices for the rigorous procedures and their subsequent hearing before a Judge of Guarantees.
